How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Bloodreligion Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Bloodreligion Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Bloodreligion Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@bloodreligion.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
